This drum is a bit of a mixed bag. As currently set up with aftermarket hoops, it's ready to play with the addition of a set of hoop spurs. (Those could be included for an extra charge). From a collector's perspective the original (badly damaged) calf skin heads, intact flesh hoops and the original (damaged) bass drum hoops are included at no extra charge. See photos. The shell, wrap, and tuning hardware are in really good shape with the exception of 1 t-handle that that has a snapped arm. It still functions with the existing arm.
