We are not 100% sure who built this drum but it is beautifully and precisely made. The Gold Plated hardware is a little weathered but overall this snare is a gem. Features Tube lugs and a Ludwig Millennium Throw-off and Butt Plate. Edges are great, sound is crisp and the snare response is superb. Overall a beautifully made drum.
