This drum is an absolute stunner! Classic maple snare drum featuring the DW Mag throw-off with 3 position butt plate wears so many hats. Don't let the smaller diameter fool you, this drum is much more than a side snare. Tuned medium to low, this drum could easily be a first call main snare for those who prioritize a smaller footprint. Snares tight provides great articulation and projection and, with the flip of a switch, loose snares has you ready for your rock or country ballad. It's so versatile!

This drum is a 1-owner instrument and has been truly pampered and is all original with the exception of the batter hoop which has been swapped out for an S-Hoop per the original owners preference. The S-Hoop is a perfect match for this drum as it really increases the target area for cross sticking and allows for a more parallel stroke. It's a truly underrated upgrade.
