UPCYCLED Zildjian 20" A Series Ping Ride Cymbal 2604g, nicely repaired and ready for stage or studio
This cymbal had 2 lathe cracks that were sapping all of it's flavor and leaving it weak and lifeless. With the cracks cut out, it no longer has edges rubbing together and it sounds full and beautiful. The way that the cutouts were shaped, it's now much less likely that the cracks will continue around the cymbal under normal playing conditions. The sound is dry with a really articulate stick sound, short decay and ample cut. The bell is great! Check out the video!
