If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call or email us. We will take care of you, as best we can. We will do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy.
"No Hassle" Return Policy:If you are not satisfied with any new product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit, or you may exchange for another product within 30 days.
If the item was simply not what you wanted and is still in brand new condition (sealed in the original packaging where applicable and showing absolutely no sign of use) you will receive a full refund of the item purchase price
If the item has been used but just wasn’t right for you, you can still return it but a restocking fee of no more than 15% will be deducted
If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund
At this time we do not accept returns on these items unless:
The item delivered does not arrive in the condition in which it was described and pictured
The item has been damaged in shipping
The item fails within 10 days of arrival
